With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Nicole brings deep knowledge across schools, not-for-profits, small and medium businesses, and the Northern Territory Government. Nicole’s strength is her personable and empathetic approach to working with clients to understand and meet their unique accounting and financial management needs. Her genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals is reflected in the energy she brings with every client engagement.

As a born-and-bred Territorian raising a family in the Territory, Nicole cares deeply about the future of the local community. She understands the important role businesses and organisations play here, and founded Evolution Tax & Advisory to provide personalised, high-quality support that helps clients feel confident and well guided.

Nicole is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant, a Registered Tax Agent and a Platinum Xero Partner. She is also honoured to serve on the local CPA Divisional Council and contributes to the community as Treasurer of a local not-for-profit organisation.

Financial Consultant
Kirsty brings strong experience in financial management, reporting and accounting systems support, particularly for schools. Kirsty was heavily involved in the development and implementation rollout of Ci Anywhere to NT Schools and is our resident ‘system expert’. She works closely with clients to provide practical insights, support financial processes and ensure accurate financial data is maintained.
Zunaira Asad
Accountant
Zunaira supports the delivery of compliance, accounting and bookkeeping services across the Practice, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely outcomes across client work. Zunaira is currently studying for her CPA and has practical experience across a range of industries, with particular enjoyment supporting Schools and Small Businesses.
Mikeala Wheeler
Administration
Mikeala provides administrative and workflow support, helping ensure engagements run smoothly and efficiently. Her friendly, approachable nature and exceptional organisational skills make client communication effortless and ensure tasks are completed on time.
